| 目的：观察电针加温和灸治疗颞颌关节紊乱综合征(TMJDS)的临床疗效。方法：TMJDS患者62例分为观察组32例和对照组30例，观察组采用电针加温和灸治疗，对照组采用单纯针刺治疗，治疗前后采用Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数(CMI)、VAS疼痛评分进行疗效评定。结果：治疗2周后，2组患者CMI及VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05), 且观察组更低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组临床疗效比较，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（90.62%、76.67%，P<0.05）。结论：电针加温和灸治疗TMJDS疗效较好，明显优于单纯针刺治疗，值得临床推广使用。 |

| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture and mild-warm moxibustion for treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders syndrome(TMJDS).Methods:Sixty-two cases of TMJDS were divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(30 cases).The patients in observation group were treated with electro-acupuncture and mild-warm moxibustion,and those in control group with simple acupuncture only.Before and after treatment,the craniomandibular index(CMI)and the visual analogue scale(VAS)were used for functional assessment.Results:After the treatment for 2 weeks,the CMI and VAS scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05)in two groups as compared with pretreatment,and CMI and VAS scores in observation group were obviously lower than in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was markedly higher than in control group(90.62%,76.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture and mild-warm moxibustion has better effect in treating TMJDS than simple acupuncture. |
