  目的:探讨功能性电刺激联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的功能活动影响。方法:脑卒中偏瘫患者30例,随机分为电刺激组和对照组各15例,2组均给予常规康复训练,电刺激组另外佩戴步态训练矫正仪进行功能电刺激下步行功能训练。分别在治疗前后测量患者患侧踝背屈肌肌力、10m步行速度,并行“站起-走”计时测试(TUG)及Barthel指数评分。结果:治疗4周后,2组患侧踝背屈肌肌力、10m步行速度、Barthel指数均较治疗前明显增加,且电刺激组更高于对照组(P<0.01,0.05);2组TUG 时间均较治疗前显著减少,且电刺激组更少于对照组(P<0.01,0.05)。结论:功能性电刺激联合常规康复训练能显著地提高脑卒中偏瘫患者踝背屈肌的力量,改善患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力。
英文摘要:
  Objective:To study the effects of functional electrical stimulation (FES) combined with rehabilitation therapy on function and activities of stroke patients.Methods:Thirty stroke patients were divided into FES group and control group (n=15 each).Both groups took the same regular rehabilitation training.FES group received FES and walking training with gait appliance additionally.Before and after 4 weeks,strength of ankle dorsiflexion muscle,timed up-and-go test (TUG),10-m walking test,and Barthel index were assessed.Results:After 4 weeks of training,the strength of ankle dorsiflexion muscle,10-m walking speed and Barthel index scores in both two groups were increased as compared with those pretreatment,more significantly in FES group than in control group (P<0.01,0.05).TUG time in both two groups was shortened as compared with pretreatment,more significantly in FES group than in control group (P<0.01,0.05).Conclusion:FES combined with rehabilitation therapy can improve strength of ankle dorsiflexion muscle,lower limb functions,and ability of activities of daily living.
