 目的:观察夹脊低频电刺激对脊髓损伤(SCI)患者的疗效。方法:SCI患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,2组均进行常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上加用夹脊低频电刺激治疗。观察2组患者痉挛程度及运动感觉功能变化。结果: 治疗90d后,观察组Ashworth、腱反射、阵挛评分均较治疗前及对照组治疗后明显降低(均P<0.01),对照组仅腱反射评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。2组运动及感觉功能评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05,0.01),且观察组更高于对照组(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:夹脊低频电刺激结合常规康复治疗可明显改善患者痉挛状态、提高运动和感觉功能。 |

Objective:To observe the effects of low frequency electrical stimulation at paravertebral point on spinal cord injury (SCI).Method:All 112 cases were designed into two groups: control group (56 cases) and observation group (56 cases).All patients were given the conventional rehabilitation,and the patients in observation group were given to low frequency electrical stimulation at the paravertebral point additionally.Degrees of spasm and functional assessment were compared in the two groups.Results:After treatment for 90 days,the scores of Ashworth,tendon reflexes and clonus in observation group were higher than pretreatment and in control group after treatment (all P<0.01).Only the tendon reflexes were significantly improved after training in the control group (P<0.01).The motor and sensation scores in both two groups were obviously increased (P<0.05,0.01),more significantly in observation group than in control group (P<0.05,0.01).Conclusion:The low frequency electrical stimulation at paravertebral point combined with conventional rehabilitation can obvisouly improve spasm and sensorimotor function. |
