| 目的：探讨辅助器具的使用对脊髓损伤（SCI）患者ADL能力及心理功能状况的影响。方法：SCI患者50例随机分为2组各25例。对照组出院后给予家庭康复训练指导；观察组在此基础上，根据其功能状况为患者配置辅助器具并进行训练。结果：干预3个月后，2组患者Barthel指数（BI）评分均较干预前明显提高（P<0.05），且观察组更高于对照组（P<0.05）；抑郁、焦虑评分均较干预前明显下降（P<0.01），且观察组更低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：对SCI患者进行辅助器具的配置，能更大限度地利用其残存功能，提高日常生活能力，改善心理功能状况。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of assistive devices on ADL ability and mental functional status of patients with spinal cord injury (SCI).Methods:Fifty patients with SCI were divided into observation group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases).Control group was given home rehabilitation guidance training after discharge,and observation group was given assistive devices according to the functional status and trained for 3 months on the basis of family rehabilitation guidance training.Results:After 3 months of intervention,ADL scores of two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05),and those in observation group were higher than in control group (P<0.05).Three months after intervention,depression scores and anxiety scores of two groups were decreased significantly (P<0.01),and those in observation group were lower than in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Disposing assistive devices for patients with SCI can make maximum use of their residual function,so that,to improve the daily living skills and mental function status. |
