 目的:探讨系统呼吸训练对脊柱侧凸肺功能的影响。方法:53例脊柱侧凸患者随机分为观察组26例和对照组27例,2组均给予常规护理,观察组入院后另外进行系统呼吸训练 6个月。2组均于入院时、术前1天、术后1周、3及6个月评估2组患者肺功能。结果:2组患者入院时及术后1周肺功能各项指标均差异无统计学意义。2组均于住院后4~10d,平均住院7d后手术,手术前1天,观察组肺功能各项指标均较入院时及对照组明显提高(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义;2组均随访6个月以上,观察组术后3及6个月时肺功能各项指标均较术后1周及同时间对照组明显提高(P<0.05,0.01),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。结论:系统呼吸训练能够改善脊柱侧凸患者肺功能。 |

Objective:To observe the effect of systemic respiration training on pulmonary function of patients with scoliosis.Methods:Fifty-three cases of scoliosis were randomly divided into the observation group (n=26) and the control group (n=27).Both groups were given routine nursing,and the observation group received systemic respiratory training for 6 months after admission additionally.All patients were evaluated by lung function on admission,one day before operation,one week,3 and 6 months post-operation.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in all lung function indexes between the two groups on admission and one week post-operation.All patients received operation 4 to 10 days after admission,7 days on average.The lung function indexes in observation group were increased significantly as compared with those before admission and those in control group one day before operation (P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in control group before and after the treatment.All patients were followed up for six months or more.The lung function indexes in observation group were increased significantly as compared with those one week post-operation and in control group 3 and 6 months after operation (P<0.05,0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in control group before and after the treatment.Conclusion:The systemic respiratory training can improve the lung function of patients with scoliosis. |
