 目的:研究高强度间歇性耐力训练对大学生心肺功能的影响。方法:58名健康大学生分为男生组31人、女生组27人,2组进行9个阶段为期9周的渐进性增强高强度间歇性耐力训练,所有受试者训练前后均进行心肺运动试验(CPET),主要监测指标包括安静心率、安静血压、峰值摄氧量(VO2peak)、通气阈值(VT)及力竭时值(TTE)。结果:经过9个阶段的高强度间歇性耐力训练,2组安静心率均较训练前下降(P<0.01),但安静血压训练前后差异无统计学意义;2组VO2peak及TTE均较训练前提高(P<0.05);VT总体及男生组训练前后差异无统计学意义,但女生组较训练前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:高强度间歇性耐力训练可改善大学生心肺功能。 |

Objective: To examine the effect of high intensity intermittent endurance training (HIIT) on college students' cardiopulmonary function. Methods: Fifty-eight healthy college students were divided into male group (n=31) and female group (n=27). Cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) was performed on all students before and after the 9 sessions of HIIT on a cycle ergometer for 9 weeks, and the main monitoring indicators included heart rate (HR), blood pressure, VO2peak, VT, and TTE. Results: The results indicated that HR was increased after 9 training sessions in both two groups (P<0.01), and blood pressure had no obvious change after training. VO2peak and TTE in two groups were increased after training as compared with those before training (P<0.05). The students in the male group had no obvious change in VT after the training, and VT in female group and after training was significantly increased as compared with that before training (P<0.05). Conclusion: HIIT can improve college students' cardiopulmonary function. |
