| 目的：观察综合康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）的疗效。方法：KOA患者48例随机分为观察组和对照组各24例，2组均给予负压动态干扰电疗法和中西药物治疗，观察组在此基础上增加放射状冲击波治疗。结果：治疗30d后，2组膝关节损伤患者疗效评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05)；且观察组更高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后2组膝关节分级疗效及关节积液疗效比较，观察组总有效率均更高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：综合康复治疗KOA配合中西药物对膝关节疼痛和活动度具有显著的疗效。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effects of comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: Forty-eight cases of KOA were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n=24 each) and two groups were both given dynamic interferential therapy and Chinese and Western medicine treatment, and observation group was given RSWT treatment additionally. Results: After treatment for 30 days, the efficacy scores of patients with knee injuries were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and those in observation group were obviously higher than in control group (P<0.05). After treatment for 30 days, the total effective rate in observation group was obviously higher than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment with Chinese and Western medicine treatment for knee joint pain and mobility has satisfactory curative effect. |
