  目的: 探讨有氧训练对早期脑梗死患者心血管及运动功能的影响。方法:早期脑梗死患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,2组均给予对症常规药物治疗及康复训练,观察组在此基础上增加坐位下MOTOmed viva2踏车有氧训练。治疗前后评定2组患者心率、血压、血氧饱和度,阻力大小以及主观疲劳感,并检测患侧股四头肌肌力,患侧股四头肌、小腿三头肌、腘绳肌肌张力,以及下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)。结果:治疗4周后,2组血压、心率、血氧饱和度及患侧下肢股四头肌、小腿三头肌、腘绳肌肌张力治疗前后及组间比较差异均无统计学意义。治疗后,2组踏车阻力、股四头肌肌力及FMA评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组更高于对照组(P<0.05);2组主观疲劳感均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者早期给予踏车有氧训练安全可靠,可以提高患者的运动功能。

  Objective: To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on cardiovascular and motor function of patients with cerebral infarction in early stage. Methods: Sixty patients with cerebral infarction in early stage were randomly divided into 2 groups: control and treatment groups. There were 30 patients in each group. All of the patients were treated with general rehabilitation medicine, and the patients in the treatment group were prescribed aerobic training using sitting MOTOmed viva2. After one month of treatment, the heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation of blood, size of resistance, and feeling of subjective fatigue of each group were observed. And the strength of quadriceps muscle, muscle tension of quadriceps, triceps, hamstrings, and scores of lower extremity Fugl-Meyer motor function were measured as well. Results: Blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation of blood, and the muscle tension of quadriceps, triceps and hamstrings had no significant difference between two groups after one-month treatment, and also between pre-treatment and post-treatment in both groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the feelings of subjective fatigue in two groups were both reduced, and significantly lower in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). The size of resistance, strength of quadriceps muscle, and lower extremity Fugl-Meyer motor function were increased post-treatment as compared with those pre-treatment in each group, and in the treatment group, they were greater than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treadmill cardio is safe and reliable to patients with infarction in early stage, and may improve their motor function.
