| 目的：探讨肠内营养混悬液对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的营养支持作用。方法：将60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组经鼻饲管或胃造瘘管推注肠内营养混悬液总蛋白纤维低聚果糖(TPF-FOS)及自制匀浆膳；对照组经鼻饲管或胃造瘘管给予家庭自制匀浆膳。分别评估2组患者治疗前后的各项相关生化和躯体营养指标。结果：治疗14d后，观察组白蛋白浓度、前白蛋白浓度较治疗前及对照组治疗后明显提高（P＜0.05）。结论：肠内营养混悬液TPF-FOS能够改善患者的营养状态，有助于患者的神经功能全面康复。 |

| Objective: To investigate the nutritional support effect of enteral nutritional suspension for patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods: Sixty patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups. Observation group (n=30) was given tube feeding of enteral nutritional suspension for 14 days (The Total Protein Fiber and Fructo-oligosaccharide, TPF-FOS) and the self-homogenized diets. The control group (n=30) received homemade homogenate diets for 14 days. The related biochemical criteria and body nutrition indexes were evaluated before and after treatment. Results: The levels of albumin and prealbumin in observation group were significantly increased as compared with pretreatment and control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: TPF-FOS is helpful to improve the nutritional state of the stroke patients. It also can facilitate the recovery of neurological function. |
