| 目的：观察深部肌肉刺激仪（DMS）配合Mckenzie疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴有下肢痛患者的临床治疗效果。方法：选取符合纳入标准的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。2组患者均给予常规康复理疗及Mckenzie手法治疗，观察组在此基础上应用DMS进行配合治疗，分别于治疗前后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和下腰痛评定表（JOA）以及临床疗效评定患者。结果：治疗4个疗程后，2组患者VAS评分较治疗前明显降低（P<0.01），且观察组评分更低于对照组（P<0.01）；2组患者JOA评分较治疗前明显提高（P<0.05），且观察组评分更高于对照组（P<0.05）。2组临床疗效比较，观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：DMS配合Mckenzie疗法可以明显改善腰椎间盘突出伴有下肢痛患者的症状，加速患者症状好转，提高患者生活质量，值得在临床医疗中推广使用。 |

| Objective: To observe the curative effectiveness of deep muscle stimulator (DMS) combined with McKenzie therapy for treating lumbar disc herniation complicated with low limb pain. Methods: Sixty cases of lumbar disc herniation meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: combined treatment group (n=30, DMS with McKenzie therapy) and control group (n=30, McKenzie therapy alone). Before and after the treatment for four courses, pain degree and clinical effect of patients in the two groups were assessed with VAS and Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) scores respectively. Results: After four courses of treatment, VAS and JOA scores were significantly improved in the two groups (P<0.05), improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: DMS with McKenzie therapy can significantly improve symptoms of lumbar disc herniation complicated with low limb pain, and speed up the improvement and enhance the patients' living quality, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical healthcare. |
