  目的:探讨基于中文版安德森吞咽困难量表(MDADI)的康复治疗对帕金森病合并吞咽困难患者营养和神经功能康复的影响。方法:将帕金森病合并吞咽困难患者72例随机分为研究组和对照组各36例。对照组常规行饮食干预,研究组根据MDADI总量表得分进行饮食干预。比较2组治疗前后营养指标水平、吞咽困难分级及Barthel指数。结果:治疗2周后,2组吞咽困难程度均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清血红蛋白、白蛋白水平、血脂水平较治疗前均明显提高(均P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Barthel指数均较治疗前明显提高(均P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于中文版MDADI的饮食干预有助于改善帕金森病合并吞咽困难的营养状况和神经功能。

  Objective: To study the impact of rehabilitation therapy based on the Chinese version Anderson dysphagia scale (MDADI) in Parkinson's disease combined with dysphagia on nutrition and neural function rehabilitation. Methods: Seventy-two patients with Parkinson's disease combined with dysphagia were randomly divided into research group (n=36) and control group (n=36). The patients in the control group were given routine diet intervention, and those in the research group were subjected to diet intervention according to the MDADI whole scale score. Serum nutrition index levels, dysphagia grades and Barthel index in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment for 2 weeks, serum hemoglobin and albumin levels, blood lipid levels, Barthel index and dysphagia grades in the two groups were increased as compared with those pretreatment, more significantly in research group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Diet intervention based on the Chinese version MDADI combined with rehabilitation therapy in Parkinson's disease with dysphagia can help improve the nutritive condition and neural function recovery.
