| 目的：探讨跨理论模型在老年人工髋关节置换患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法：老年人工髋关节置换患者69例随机分为对照组35例和观察组34例。对照组患者接受常规康复治疗与护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上增加跨理论模型导向的康复干预。观察2组患者干预前，干预1及3个月时，以及随访期间的康复训练依从性、髋关节功能和生活质量情况。结果：干预1个月、3个月及术后6个月随访，2组患者康复训练依从性、髋关节功能和生活质量评分均较干预前明显提高（P<0.01，0.05），且观察组各时间点均高于对照组（P＜0.01，0.05）。结论：基于跨理论模型的康复方案能有效提高老年人工髋关节置换患者康复训练依从性，并改善其髋关节功能及生活质量。 |

| Objective: To investigate the applied efficacy of the rehabilitation program based on transtheoretical model (TTM) in elderly patients undergoing artificial hip replacement. Method: A total of 69 elderly patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=34). The patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment and nursing, and those in the observation group received an additional rehabilitation intervention based on TTM. The rehabilitation training adherence, hip function and the quality of life were observed in the two groups before and after intervention. Results: As compared with control group, the scores of the rehabilitation training adherence, hip function and quality of life in the observation group were significantly increased at 3rd and 6th month after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: The rehabilitation program based on TTM can effectively improve rehabilitation training adherence, hip function and quality of life in elderly patients with artificial hip replacement. |
