  目的:探讨为期12周的改良太极运动对老年女性膝骨关节炎患者下肢肌力及心肺耐力的影响。方法:将40例老年女性KOA患者采用数字随机法分为太极组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),进行为期12周的干预。在治疗前后进行表面肌电(sEMG)、心血管功能、肺功能检查和6分钟步行实验(6MWT)测试。结果:治疗12周后,与治疗前相比,对照组各项指标均无明显改变,太极组治疗后患者股内侧肌、股直肌、股外侧肌、股二头肌RMS、MF值较治疗前有明显升高(P<0.05),HR、SBP、DBP、HR×SBP有显著下降(P<0.05),FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC%、MVV较前显著升高(P<0.05),6MWT行走距离显著升高(P<0.05),Borg评分则无明显变化。与对照组相比,太极组治疗后除Borg评分无明显变化外,其他指标均较对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良太极运动作为康复训练手段,对提高老年女性KOA患者的下肢肌力和心肺耐力有益。

  Objective: To investigate the effects of a 12-week modified Tai Chi exercise on lower limb muscle strength and cardiopulmonary endurance of elderly women with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: A total of 40 elderly women with KOA were randomly divided into Tai Chi group (n=20) and control group (n=20) by radom number table method randomization and a 12-week intervention was conducted. Surface electromyography (sEMG), cardiovascular function, pulmonary function, and 6-minute walk test (6MWT) were performed before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the indexes between the two groups. There were no significant differences in all indicators of the control group before and 12 weeks after treatment. In the Tai Chi group, both RMS and MF values of the vastus medialis, rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). HR, SBP, DBP and HR×SBP were notably decreased (P<0.05), FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC%, and MVV and the walking distance of 6MWT were considerably increased in the Tai Chi group as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). Except the change in Borg score, the rest indicators showed significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Tai Chi exercise as a rehabilitation training method is beneficial to improve the muscle strength of the lower limbs and the cardiopulmonary endurance of elderly women with KOA.
