  目的:观察上肢机器人训练对改善肩袖损伤术后患者的疗效。方法:60例肩袖损伤术后患者随机分成对照组和观察组各30例。所有患者均给予常规物理因子和运动疗法治疗,观察组给予上肢机器人辅助下运动训练。2组患者分别于治疗前、治疗6周后应用肩关节位置重现偏差角度、肩关节被动活动范围(PROM)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、关节Constant-Murley量表(CMS)、功能独立性量表(FIM)对患者进行评估。结果:治疗6周后,2组患者肩关节位置重现偏差角度、VAS较前降低(P<0.05),PROM、CMS、FIM均较治疗前提高(P<0.05);观察组肩关节位置重现偏差角度、PROM、VAS、CMS、FIM改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于肩袖损伤术后患者,常规运动疗法结合上肢机器人训练能更加有效地改善患者肩部本体感觉及上肢运动功能,减轻疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

  Objective: To explore the efficacy of upper limb robot training in patients after rotator cuff tear repair surgery. Methods: A total of 60 patients after rotator cuff tear repair surgery were randomized into either the control group (n=30) or the observation group (n=30). All of them were given conventional physiotherapy and kinesitherapy, and the patients in the observation group were given upper limb robot-assisted exercise training additionally. Shoulder joint position recurrence deviation angle, passive range of motion (PROM), visual analogue scale (VAS), the Constant-Murley scale (CMS) and functional independence measurement (FIM) were adopted to assess the proprioception and upper limb motor function of all patients before and 6 weeks after the treatment. Results: After 6 weeks of treatment, the recurrence deviation angle of shoulder joint position and VAS in two groups were decreased, and PROM, CMS and FIM were improved, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The changes of the indicators in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients after rotator cuff tear repair surgery, conventional physiotherapy and kinesitherapy combined with upper limb robot training can more effectively improve the patient’s shoulder proprioception and upper limb motor function, and it is worthy of clinical application.
