 目的:观察悬吊训练联合电针治疗慢性非特异性颈痛(CNNP)的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例CNNP患者分为电针组、悬吊组与联合组,各30例。3组患者均接受常规康复治疗,电针组另行电针治疗,悬吊组患者另行悬吊训练,联合组另行悬吊训练与电针联合治疗,连续治疗4周。治疗前后分别采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)及颈椎主动活动度(AROM)评定患者疼痛程度及运动功能,并采用肌骨超声成像评定多裂肌的横截面积。结果:治疗后,3组患者VAS及NDI评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且联合组VAS及NDI评分均低于电针组与悬吊组(P<0.05);3组患者AROM均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且联合组AROM均高于电针组与悬吊组(P<0.05);3组患者多裂肌横截面积均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),且联合组大于电针组与悬吊组(P<0.05)。电针组与悬吊组各项评定比较均差异无统计学意义。结论:悬吊训练联合电针治疗CNNP可有效缓解患者颈部疼痛,改善颈部关节活动度,增加多裂肌的横截面积,联合应用效果更佳。 |

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of suspension training combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of chronic non-specific neck pain (CNNP). Methods: A total of 90 CNNP patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into an electroacupuncture group, a suspension group, and a combination group, with 30 cases in each group. All three groups of patients received routine rehabilitation treatment, with the electroacupuncture group receiving additional electroacupuncture treatment, the suspension group receiving additional suspension training, and the combination group receiving additional suspension training combined with electroacupuncture for 4 consecutive weeks. Before and after treatment, pain visual analogue scale (VAS), cervical dysfunction index (NDI), and cervical active range of motion (AROM) were used to assess the degree of pain and motor function of patients, and muscle bone ultrasound imaging was used to assess the cross-sectional area of the multifidus muscle. Results: After treatment, the VAS and NDI scores of the three groups were significantly reduced compared to those before treatment (P<0.05), and the VAS and NDI scores of the combination group were lower than those of the electroacupuncture group and the suspension group (P<0.05); The AROM of all three groups was significantly improved compared to that before treatment (P<0.05), and that of the combination group was higher than that of the electroacupuncture group and the suspension group (P<0.05); The cross-sectional area of the multifidus muscle in all three groups significantly increased compared to that before treatment (P<0.05), and that in the combined group was larger than the electroacupuncture group and suspension group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of suspension training and electroacupuncture in the treatment of CNNP can effectively alleviate neck pain, improve neck joint mobility, increase the cross-sectional area of the multifidus muscle, and the combined application has a better effect. |
