| 目的：分析护理实习生应用《国际功能、残疾和健康分类·康复组合》（ICF-RS）的一致性水平。方法：选取我院居住的42例老人，6名护理实习生同时收集患者人口学资料和ICF-RS功能状况，采用Kendall和谐系数和Kappa系数分析评定者间信度。结果：6名护理实习生评定的ICF-RS中28条身体功能、活动与参与类目的Kendall和谐系数为0.7~1.0之间，Kappa系数平均值为0.6～1.0之间，Kendall和谐系数在0.70以上的类目占93.3%（28条），Kappa系数在0.81～1.0的类目占40%（12条），一致性表现为中度到极强；护理实习生和机器模型评估活动功能、参与功能和整体功能等级的Kappa系数在0.41～0.80之间，一致性表现为尚可到较强，且均具有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论：养老院护理实习生使用ICF-RS评估年长者的功能状况具有良好的一致性，为促进ICF-RS在临床中的应用提供理论依据。 |

| Objective: To analyze the consistency level of the application of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Rehabilitation Set (ICF-RS) by nursing interns. Methods: A total of 42 elderly people living in our Nursing Home were selected, and 6 nursing interns simultaneously collected the demographic data and ICF-RS functional status of the elderly. Kendall harmony coefficient and Kappa coefficient were used to analyze the interrater reliability. Results: In the ICF-RS evaluated by 6 nursing interns, the Kendall harmony coefficient of 28 physical functions, activities and participation categories was between 0.7 to 1.0, and the average value of Kappa coefficient was between 0.6 to 1.0. The Kendall harmony coefficient of 93.3% (28 items) was above 0.70, and the Kappa coefficients of 0.81 to 1.0 categories accounted for 40% (12 items). The consistency was moderate to strong. The Kappa coefficients of activity function, participation function and overall function level evaluated by nursing interns and machine model ranged from 0.41 to 0.80, and the consistency was moderate to strong, with statistical significance (P<0.001). Conclusion: The use of ICF-RS by nursing interns in nursing homes to evaluate the functional status of the elderly has a good consistency, which provides a theoretical basis for promoting the application of ICF-RS in clinical practice. |
