  目的:探索陪伴理念结合《国际功能、残疾和健康分类(儿童和青少年版)》(ICF-CY)框架在儿童康复治疗学本科实习教学中的应用。方法:选取2023年2月~6月在深圳市儿童医院康复医学科物理治疗部实习的62名康复治疗学本科学生为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31人。2组均在ICF-CY框架下进行实习,教学形式以理论授课-技能演示-操作实践的经典模式进行,教学内容包括ICF-CY理论知识及评定技术、以ICF-CY为框架的康复治疗方案制定、儿童康复基本操作技能等,实习期为8周。在此基础上,观察组结合陪伴理念,按要求参与患者的康复治疗及日常照护,于实习第3~5周选择1周,对脑瘫患儿或全面发育迟缓患儿实施结构化陪伴诊疗及日常生活照顾。8周后,采用闭卷考试形式进行理论考核,应用迷你临床演练评估量表(Mini-CEX)进行实践能力考核,采用自制调查问卷进行实习满意度调查。结果:观察组理论考试成绩、Mini-CEX中康复评定、沟通技能、治疗方案制定、人文关怀和整体表现的评分以及满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01,0.05)。结论:陪伴理念结合ICF-CY框架教学有助于提升康复治疗学本科实习教学的效果,有助于提高学生岗位胜任力和实习满意度。
英文摘要:
  Objective: To explore the effect of concept of companionship combined with ICF-CY in undergraduate internship teaching of pediatric rehabilitation therapy. Methods: The experimental control method was used. A total of 62 interns from the Rehabilitation Department of Shenzhen Children’s Hospital were included. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group and observation group were given the ICF-CY method of teaching, and additionally the observation group received the companionship concept and participated in patients’ rehabilitation therapy and daily care as required. The students’ theoretical test scores, practical ability and satisfaction survey were evaluated. Results: The Mini-CEX scores of the observation group in terms of rehabilitation assessment, communication skills, treatment plan formulation, humanistic care and overall performance were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The theoretical test scores and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.01,0.05).Conclusion: The teaching method of companionship concept combined with ICF-CY framework is helpful to improve the enthusiasm and practice effect of in-terns in rehabilitation therapy, and improve their post competency.
