  对水中运动在纤维肌痛综合征(FMS)患者的应用进行范围综述,以期为临床实践提供参考。根据范围综述研究方法,检索中英文数据库中的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2024年10月10日,对纳入文献进行整理和分析。共纳入20篇文献,FMS患者的水中运动内容多为有氧运动和抗阻运动为主的综合性水中训练,配合低至中等运动强度,频率多为每周2~3次,每次45~60min。干预效果显示,水中运动具有较高的安全性,对FMS患者的疼痛、生活质量、身体功能等均具有积极影响。水中运动干预对FMS患者是可行且有效的,但干预方案尚未达成共识,未来研究应进一步探讨水中运动的长期效果、运动策略,研究本土化的水中运动方案以及在不同人群中的普适性,以推动其在FMS患者中的广泛应用。
英文摘要:
  To conduct a scoping review on the application of aquatic exercise in patients with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS), aiming to provide references for clinical practice. Following the scoping review methodology, relevant studies were retrieved from Chinese and English databases, with the search period spanning from the establishment of the databases to October 10, 2024. The included literature was organized and analyzed. A total of 20 articles were included. The aquatic exercise programs for FMS patients primarily consisted of comprehensive training focusing on aerobic and resistance exercises, conducted at low to moderate intensity, with a frequency of 2-3 sessions per week, each lasting 45-60 min. The intervention outcomes demonstrated that aquatic exercise was highly safe and had positive effects on pain, quality of life, and physical function in FMS patients. Aquatic exercise intervention is feasible and effective for FMS patients. However, there is no consensus on the intervention protocols. Future research should further explore the long-term effects and exercise strategies of aquatic exercise, develop localized aquatic exercise programs, and investigate their applicability across different populations to promote widespread use among FMS patients.
