|  目的:探讨普拉提联合仿生物电刺激对产后盆底功能障碍(PFD)治疗的效果,及对患者性生活质量、盆底功能等的影响。方法:选择于本院门诊治疗的产后PFD患者104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采用仿生物电刺激疗法,观察组加用普拉提运动,均治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后盆底肌情况、盆底功能、松弛素H2、性生活质量及治疗中不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,2组阴道动态压力、收缩肌电值、收缩持续时间均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);2组盆底功能障碍问卷(PFDI-20)评分、盆底障碍影响简易问卷(PFIQ-7)评分、松弛素H2水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组女性性功能量表(FSFI)评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);2组阴道干涩、小腹坠胀等发生率差异无统计学意义。结论:产后PFD患者接受普拉提联合仿生物电刺激联合方案干预,可有效增强盆底肌肌力,改善机体盆底功能,效果较为理想,临床应用价值较高。 |

| Objective: To explore the effectiveness of Pilates+biomimetic electrical stimulation for postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD), and its impact on sexual life quality, pelvic floor function, etc. Methods: A total of 104 patients with postpartum PFD selected for outpatient treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received biomimetic electrical stimulation therapy, while the experimental group was given Pilates exercises in combination with biomimetic electrical stimulation therapy for 4 weeks. Two groups were compared in terms of pelvic floor muscle condition, pelvic floor function, relaxin H2, sexual quality of life, and adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the vaginal dynamic pressure, contraction duration and contraction electromyography values in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were increased as compared with those in the control group (P<0.01). The scores of the Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Questionnaire (PFDI-20), the level of relaxin H2, and the score of the Short Questionnaire on the Effects of Pelvic Floor Disorders (PFIQ-7) in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). The scores of the Female Sexual Function Scale (FSFI) in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment, and the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). There was no obvious difference in the incidence of vaginal dryness and lower abdominal distension between the two groups. Conclusion: The combined intervention of Pilates and biomimetic electrical stimulation in postpartum PFD patients can effectively enhance pelvic floor muscle strength and improve pelvic floor function, with ideal results and high clinical application value. |
