| 呼吸肌训练（RMT）是一种在吸气和呼气过程中施加阻力的肺功能训练，它不仅能改善脑卒中患者的呼吸功能，也能促进咳嗽、吞咽和躯干平衡等功能的恢复，因此积极开展RMT对脑卒中患者的康复具有重要意义。目前，在脑卒中患者中，RMT主要用于呼吸功能障碍的康复，其原因可能与缺乏对RMT作用的全面认识有关。因此，本文对近年来RMT在脑卒中患者康复中的应用进行了综述，旨在提高临床对RMT作用的全面认知，为RMT的开展提供一定的参考。综述后发现，RMT可改善脑卒中患者呼吸、吞咽、言语、运动和睡眠等功能，是一种能促进脑卒中患者全面康复的训练方法，值得在脑卒中患者中广泛开展和应用。 |

| Respiratory muscle training (RMT) is a pulmonary function training method that applies resistance during inhalation and exhalation. It not only improves the respiratory function of stroke patients but also promotes the recovery of functions such as coughing, swallowing, and trunk balance. Therefore, actively implementing RMT is of great significance for the rehabilitation of stroke patients. Currently, RMT is primarily used for the rehabilitation of respiratory dysfunction in stroke patients, which may be attributed to lack of comprehensive understanding of the effects of RMT. This article reviews the application of RMT in the rehabilitation of stroke patients in recent years, aiming to enhance clinical awareness of its comprehensive effects and provide guidance for its implementation. After a comprehensive review, it has been found that RMT can improve respiratory, swallowing, speech, motor, and sleep functions in stroke patients. It is a training method that promotes comprehensive rehabilitation for stroke patients and is worthy of widespread implementation and application among this population. |
