  目的:探讨智能穿戴式牵伸康复系统在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸保守治疗中的疗效。方法:选取74例青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者,使用随机信封法将患者分为观察组与对照组各37例。对照组给予支具佩戴+康复治疗,观察组给予智能穿戴式牵伸康复系统+支具佩戴+康复治疗。随访24个月,比较2组患者治疗前后的全脊柱正侧位X线片指标[脊柱侧凸Cobb角、顶椎旋转度(AVR)、顶椎平移距离(AVT)、躯干位移距离(TS)]、肺功能[用力肺活量占预期比(FVC%)、第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)],比较治疗后2组的临床疗效、治疗期间的不良反应情况及安全性指标异常率。结果:治疗后,2组的Cobb角、AVR、AVT、TS均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05,0.01)。治疗后,2组的FVC%、FEV1/FVC、MVV均较治疗前显著上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05,0.01)。观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(94.29%,75.76%,P<0.05)。2组安全性指标异常率比较无统计学差异。结论:智能穿戴式牵伸康复系统在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸保守治疗中疗效良好,可提高矫正效果,改善肺功能且安全性良好。

  Objective: To explore the curative effect of rehabilitation therapy under the guidance of remote Internet of Things monitoring in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) after conservative treatment. Methods: A total of 74 patients with AIS treated were enrolled. According to random envelope method, they were divided into control group (brace wearing + rehabilitation therapy) and experimental group (intelligent wearable extension rehabilitation system on basis of control group), 37 cases in each group. After 24 months of follow-up, clinical curative effect, full-spinal X-ray film indexes [scoliosis Cobb angle, apical vertebral rotation (AVR), apical vertebral translocation (AVT), trunk shift (TS)] and lung function [forced vital capacity as a percentage of the predicted value (FVC%), forced expiratory volume in the first second/FVC (FEV1/FVC), minute ventilation volume (MVV)] before and after treatment, adverse reactions and safety indexes during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, Cobb angle, AVR, AVT and TS were significantly decreased in both groups, which were lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05,0.01), while FVC%, FEV1/FVC and MVV were significantly increased, which were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05,0.01). The total response rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group (94.29% vs 75.76%, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in abnormal rate of safety indexes between the two groups. Conclusion: Curative effect of rehabilitation therapy under the guidance of remote Internet of Things monitoring is good in AIS after conservative treatment, which can improve correction effect and lung function, with good safety.
