  目的:研究探讨穿戴式多关节联动功能性电刺激对脑卒中下肢运动功能障碍的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月~2024年6月本院收治的108例脑卒中下肢运动功能障碍患者随机分为2组各54例。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用穿戴式多关节联动功能性电刺激治疗,治疗28d。评估比较2组临床疗效包括平衡功能、步行能力、下肢肌力、生活质量等。结果:2组治疗后Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分,步态参数值包括步幅、步频、屈髋峰值、屈膝峰值,股内侧肌、股二头肌、胫骨前肌、腓骨长肌的肌力值,脑卒中生活质量量表(SS-QOL)中生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、心理功能评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组以上各指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后计时起立-行走测试(TUGT)时间短于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穿戴式多关节联动功能性电刺激在脑卒中下肢运动功能障碍中干预效果较好,可提升患者的平衡功能,改善步行能力及生活质量,改善患者下肢肌力水平。

  Objective: To investigate the effect of wearable multi-joint functional electrical stimulation on lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke. Methods: A total of 108 stroke patients with lower limb motor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from 2021.06~2024.06 were selected and divided into two groups with 54 cases in each. The control group was given routine treatment rehabilitation training, and the observation group received additional wearable multi joint linkage functional electrical stimulation therapy. The treatment course was 28 d. The clinical efficacy, including balance function, walking ability, lower limb muscle strength and quality of life, was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results: After treatment, the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) scores, gait parameter values including stride length, step frequency, peak hip flexion, peak knee flexion, muscle strength values of the medial femoris, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior and peroneal longus, the scores of physical function, psychological function, social function and psychological function in the Stroke Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL) were all higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and that in the observation group were higher than in the control group (P<0.05). The Timed Standing and Walking Test (TUGT) time of the two groups after treatment was shorter than that before treatment (P<0.05), and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Wearable multi joint linkage functional electrical stimulation has a good intervention effect on lower limb motor dysfunction in stroke patients, which can improve their balance function, walking ability and quality of life, and lower limb muscle strength level.
