| 淋巴水肿是妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者常见的并发症之一，严重影响其肢体功能、生活质量及心理健康。淋巴水肿作为一种慢性、进展性病症，其管理一直是临床康复的难点。因此，寻找有效的预防和治疗手段对于改善患者预后具有重要意义。肌内效贴（KT）作为一种非侵入性、无创的物理治疗方法，近年来在淋巴水肿的治疗中展现出良好的应用前景。本文将结合现有研究证据，综述肌内效贴技术在妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后淋巴水肿中的应用实践，为广大医护人员进行综合康复治疗提供了一个新的参考方向。 |

| Lymphedema is a common complication following the treatment of gynecological malignancies, significantly impairing patients’ limb function, quality of life, and psychological well-being. As a chronic and progressive condition, its management remains a persistent challenge in clinical rehabilitation. Therefore, identifying effective preventive and therapeutic strategies is important for improving patient outcomes. Kinesio taping (KT), a non-invasive and non-pharmacological physical therapy modality, has recently demonstrated promising potential in the management of lymphedema. This paper reviews the current evidence on the application of KT for post-treatment lymphedema in patients with gynecological malignancies. The aim is to provide a new reference for healthcare professionals in designing comprehensive rehabilitation programs for this patient population. |
