  社会沟通与社会交往障碍是孤独症谱系障碍的核心症状之一,视觉注意力是社交最重要的一个方面。孤独症儿童在婴幼儿时期的非言语沟通能力可能就与正常儿童有所不同,一些早期迹象包括缺乏视觉注意、忽视对较大的音量的反应以及对面部表情缺乏反应。其中视觉注意力的不足是孤独症诊断的指标之一,在2岁前就非常明显且能预测孤独症症状,眼动追踪技术已成为研究孤独症儿童视觉注意力的重要工具。此外眼动追踪技术有非侵入性、数据客观和可量化、适用年龄广等优势。目前我国的相关研究主要集中在利用情绪线索注意偏向、眼部注意偏向、面孔扫视范式、社交场景范式、采用静态和动态的自然主义场景的联合注意范式等进行孤独症的早期筛查,而国外研究学者不仅聚焦于孤独症儿童处理社会性线索视觉模式,同时还结合脑影像技术研究引起视觉行为模式异常的潜在神经机制。现从我国孤独症的筛查现状、孤独症的眼动特征、眼动追踪技术的优势、眼动追踪技术在孤独症早期筛查中的应用进行论述。

  Social communication and social interaction disorders are one of the core symptoms of autism spectrum disorder, and visual attention is one of the most important aspects of social interaction. The non-verbal communication ability of children with autism may be different from that of normal children in infancy. Some early signs include lack of visual attention, ignoring responses to louder volumes, and lack of response to facial expressions. Among them, insufficient visual attention is one of the indicators for diagnosing autism, which is very obvious before the age of 2 years and can predict autism symptoms. Eye-tracking technology has become an important tool for studying the visual attention of children with autism. In addition, eye-tracking technology has the advantages of non-invasiveness, objective and quantifiable data, and wide applicability in terms of age. At present, relevant research in China mainly focuses on the early screening of autism by using emotional cue attentional bias, eye attentional bias, face scanning paradigm, social scene paradigm, and the combined attentional paradigm of static and dynamic naturalistic scenes. However, foreign researchers not only focus on the visual patterns of children with autism in processing social cues, at the same time, brain imaging technology is also combined to study the potential neural mechanisms that cause abnormal visual behavior patterns. This paper discusses the current screening situation of autism in China, the eye movement characteristics of autism, the advantages of eye-tracking technology and the application of eye-tracking technology in the early screening of autism.
