|  目的:观察水中平板步行训练联合视觉反馈训练和常规水中平板步行训练对恢复期脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的疗效。方法:选取恢复期脑卒中偏瘫患者30例,随机分为观察组与对照组各15例。2组患者均进行水中平板步行训练,观察组在水中平板步行训练的基础上增加视觉反馈训练,均治疗4周。分别于治疗前后采用稳定极限、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、计时起立走测试(TUGT)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)对2组患者进行评估和比较。结果:治疗后,2组稳定极限、BBS评分、FMA-LE评分较治疗前增加(P<0.01),TUGT较治疗前减少(P<0.01);观察组稳定极限、BBS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),2组TUGT、FMA-LE评分比较差异无统计学意义。 结论:视觉反馈训练结合水中平板步行训练改善脑卒中患者平衡能力可能较水中平板步行训练更有优势。 |

| Objective: To compare the efficacy of underwater treadmill training combined with visual feedback training and conventional underwater treadmill training on balance function in recovering stroke patients. Methods: Totally, 30 patients with stroke were randomly divided into the control group (n=15) and the experimental group (n=15). All patients received water treadmill walking training, and the experimental group received visual feedback training on the basis of underwater treadmill training, a total of 4 weeks. The stability limit, Berg balance scale (BBS), Timed Up and Go test (TUGT) and Fugl-Meyer assessment lower extremity (FMA-LE) were evaluated before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, all indexes of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment, and the stability limit and BBS scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The combination of visual feedback training with underwater treadmill training demonstrates enhanced benefits in enhancing the balance capabilities of stroke patients compared to underwater treadmill training alone. |
