|  随着全球人口老龄化趋势的加速以及慢性非传染性疾病患者数量的持续上升,远程康复服务的需求呈现出显著增长态势。本研究拟探讨数字孪生技术在远程康复中的应用前景。计算机检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库,检索词为“数字孪生”“康复”等,检索时间从建库至2025年1月,对检索到的相关文献进行综述。结果表明数字孪生技术能够将现实世界精确映射至虚拟空间,并实现两者间的实时交互,对于远程康复的实时监测和精准干预具有显著的促进作用,但在技术的成熟度、数据的准确性、隐私保护等方面还需进一步完善。数字孪生技术在远程康复中呈现出巨大的发展潜力,今后需加强跨学科合作,推动相关技术和临床实践的结合,以实现更加高效、精准的远程康复服务。 |

| With the acceleration of the global aging trend and the continuous rise in the number of patients with chronic diseases, the demand for rehabilitation services has shown a significant growth trend. This study terd to explore the application prospects of digital twin technology in telerehabilitation. The relevant literature in databases such as PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP was retrieved by computer. The search terms were “digital twin” and “rehabilitation”. The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to January 2025. A review was conducted on the retrieved relevant literature. The results shous that digital twin technology can accurately map the real world to the virtual space and realize real-time interaction between the two, which has a significant role in promoting the real-time monitoring and accurate intervention of telerehabilitation. However, further improvements are still needed in terms of the maturity of technology, the accuracy of data, and privacy protection. Digital twin technology shows great development potential in telerehabilitation. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation and promote the combination of related technologies and clinical practice to achieve more efficient and precision telerehabilitation services. |
