|  目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激联合言语听觉反馈认知训练对脑外伤后认知障碍患者认知功能、血清成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)、中枢神经特异性蛋白(S100β)水平的影响。方法:选取138例脑外伤后认知障碍患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各69例。对照组接受言语听觉反馈认知训练,观察组接受经皮穴位电刺激联合言语听觉反馈认知训练。比较2组治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评定量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、血清FGF23、S100β水平的变化及治疗后的不良反应。结果:治疗后,2组MoCA各维度评分及总分、MMSE评分、ADL评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组各项评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);2组血清FGF23、S100β水平显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组无显著差异。结论:经皮穴位电刺激联合言语听觉反馈认知训练治疗脑外伤后认知障碍患者,可安全有效地改善其认知功能,降低血清FGF23、S100β水平,提高日常生活活动能力。 |

| Objective: To explore the effects of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with speech auditory feedback cognitive training on cognitive function, serum fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23), and central nervous system specific protein (S100β) levels in patients with cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury. Methods: 138 patients with cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury were randomly classified into the control group and the combined group, with 69 cases per group. The control group was given speech auditory feedback cognitive training, while the combined group additionally subjected to transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation. The scores of Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA), mini mental state examination scale (MMSE), activity of daily living scale (ADL), the changes of serum FGF23 and S100β levels and the adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the scores of each dimension and total score of MoCA, MMSE and ADL in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.01), and the scores in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The levels of serum FGF23 and S100β in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the control group showed no significant difference. Conclusion: Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with speech auditory feedback cognitive training can effectively ameliorate cognitive function, reduce serum FGF23 and S100β levels, and enhance daily living ability. |
