Objective:To observe the effectiveness of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with ice stimulation for dysphagia after stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into observation group and control group equally.Both groups were treated with swallowing exercise,and observation group was given low frequency electrical stimulation combined with ice stimulation additionally.Clinical effect and treatment duration were assessed.Results:After treatment for 4 weeks,the effective rate in observation group was obviously higher than in control group,and treatment duration in observation group was significantly shorter than in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with ice stimulation has remarkable curative effectiveness for dysphagia after stroke. |
