Objective:To study the clinical effectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation on opisthenars deep burn after medium thick skin grafting.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with Ⅱ or Ⅲ deep burn in opisthenars(109 affected hands)after medium thick skin grafting were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation,including correct position of affected hands,compression therapy,ultrasound drug penetration,paraffin therapy and hand function training.Total active motion(TAM),the limited degree of upper limb movement,and the Barthel index(BI) were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:After treatment for 28 days,the scores of TAM were markedly improved,and STEF and BI were significantly increased(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Early comprehensive rehabilitation on opisthenars Ⅱor Ⅲ deep burn after medium thick skin grafting plays an important role in the recovery of hand function. |
