Objective:To investigate the emotion disorders and quality of life in women with early stage cervical cancer (ESCC) that newly undergoing radical hysterectomy with a follow-up period of 6 months.Methods:One hundred and twenty-five patients with ESCC newly after radical hysterectomy and bilateralpelvic lymph node dissection were accessed with SAS,SDS,CARES-SF and Cantril to investigate the emotion disorders and quality of life.Results:One hundred and eleven patients completed six months of investigation,and the quality of life in the patients newly after operation was in the moderate level.The scores of anxiety and life quality were stable over 6 months,but they were more depressed and had poorer marital and sexual relationship during the follow-up period.Conclusion:Patients with ESCC newly undergoing gynecologic surgery had obvious disorders of anxiety and depression.Medical staff should pay attention to the quality of life of patients,and should make the necessary psychological counseling to help patients coordinate the marital relationship,which will benefit the patients with the common physical and psychological rehabilitation. |
