Objective:To study the effect of electroacupuncture at the "Fenglong" on inflammatory factors ICAM-1 and MCP-1 of rats with hyperlipemia (HLP).Methods:Fifty health male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal control group (A),model control group (B),model+normal diet group (C),model+electroacupuncture group (D),model+normal diet+electroacupuncture group (E) (n=10 each group). After intervention for 60 days, blood fat and the expression of ICAM-1 and MCP-1 were detected. Results:As compared with group A,the contents of TC and LDL-C were significantly increased and HDL-C significantly reduced in group B(P<0.05,0.01).The contents of TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased in groups C and D as compared with group B,and those in groupsB,C,D were significantly higher than in group A (all P<0.01).As compared with groups B and C,the contents of TC and LDL-C were significantly redeuced in group E(all P<0.01).The number of macrophages, the expression levels of ICAM-1 and MCP-1 in groups B,C,D were obviously increased as compared with group A(P<0.05,0.01),more significantly in groups B and C(all P<0.01).The number of macrophages, and the expression levels of ICAM-1 and MCP-1 in group E were obviously decreased as compared with group B and C(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at "Fenglong" can notably decrease the contents of TC and LDL-C,the number of macrophages, and the expression levels of ICAM-1 and MCP-1,thereby have therapeutical effect on hyperlipemia. |
