| Objective:To understand the current situation of early stage rehabilitation to stroke patients and to explore how the sociology,economy,health insurance,and cognitive factors of the stroke patients influence the utility of early rehabilitation services.Methods:Two general hospitals which could provide rehabilitation services were selected to conduct a self-designed questionnaire survey of 229 stroke patients.Results:89.1% of stroke patients received the early stage rehabilitation in the acute phase of hospitalization;Different places of residence,insurance types,ways of payments for medical therapy and rehabilitation,source of income,as well as the different understandings towards the ways of determination for rehabilitation therapy were the influencing factors for the stroke patients whether or not receiving the early rehabilitation.Conclusion:The mode of early rehabilitation provided for the stroke patients needs to be improved;economy,health insurance and cognitive factors were the most important factors for the early rehabilitation utilization of stroke patients. |
