Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of lower limb exoskeletons rehabilitation robot in improving lower limb function of stroke patients. Methods:Sixty stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and robot group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the robot group was given lower limb exoskeletons rehabilitation robot training combined with routine rehabilitation training. All patients were assessed with Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale,Fugl-Meyer balance assessment scale and Holden's functional ambulance classification before and 60 days after training. Results:The scores of Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale,Fugl-Meyer balance assessment scale and Holden's functional ambulance classification in both groups showed statistically significant difference after treatment (P<0.05),and the scores were greater in the robot group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The lower limb exoskeletons rehabilitation robot training can improve the function of lower limb of stroke patients with hemiplegia. |
