Objective: To observe the clinical effects of comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: Forty-eight cases of KOA were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n=24 each) and two groups were both given dynamic interferential therapy and Chinese and Western medicine treatment, and observation group was given RSWT treatment additionally. Results: After treatment for 30 days, the efficacy scores of patients with knee injuries were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and those in observation group were obviously higher than in control group (P<0.05). After treatment for 30 days, the total effective rate in observation group was obviously higher than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment with Chinese and Western medicine treatment for knee joint pain and mobility has satisfactory curative effect. |
