Objective: To explore the effects of occupational therapy in group on fine motor function of cerebral palsy children. Methods: Sixty children with cerebral palsy were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30). Both groups received conventional occupational therapy, and the observation group was given occupational therapy in group additionally. Their fine motor functions were assessed before and 3 months after treatment. Results: The scores were improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). The scores were significantly higher in observation group than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The occupational therapy in group can improve the fine motor function of cerebral palsy children. |
