Objective: To systematically assess the efficacy of cognitive rehabilitation training in treating cognitive impairment after brain injury. Methods: A computer searched CNKI, CBM, VIP, WanFang Data and Pubmed for randomized controlled trials (RCT) of a cognitive rehabilitation training for the treatment of cognitive impairment after brain injury. The quality of the included studies was evaluated one by one, and the effective rate, MMSE, ADL and LOTCA scores of the cognitive training group and the control group were further analyzed by Meta. Results: Sixteen trials with a total of 1281 subjects were finally enrolled. The results of Meta analysis showed that the effective rate, and scores of MMSE, ADL and LOTCA were significantly higher in the cognitive rehabilitation training group than in the control group. Conclusion: Cognitive rehabilitation training in treating cognitive impairment after brain injury could reduce the degree of cognitive impairment, and improve the patients' self-care ability. |
