Objective: To explore the effect of group psychological intervention on the mood and daily life ability of stroke patients. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (group psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation group) and control group (simple rehabilitation group). After 2 months of treatment, self rating anxiety scale, Hamilton depression scale and modified Barthel index were used to evaluate the changes of mood and daily living ability of the patients. Results: After treatment, the scores of self rating anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of modified Barthel index rating scale were higher than those before treatment. The degree of improvement in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The group psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the bad mood and improve the ability of daily living of stroke patients. |
