Single factor analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed on the influencing factors. Results: Satisfaction with daily life was rated as very unsatisfactory, dissatisfied, somewhat unsatisfied, somewhat satisfied, satisfied, and very satisfactory, and the ratio was 5.1%, 12% ,19.9%, 19.9%, 34.2%, and 8.8% respectively in the 216 spinal cord injury patients surveyed. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the life satisfaction of patients with spinal cord injury was affected by gender, current address, marital status before the earthquake, nursing staff, overall condition of patients. Conclusion: Improving the material life and mental status of patients with spinal cord injury in the Tangshan earthquake, improving mental balance ability and psychological cognitive level, accelerating the level of social security, and strengthening the establishment of social support system for patients with spinal cord injury are fundamental measures to improve the life satisfaction. |
