| Objective： To explore the application effect of Chinese idiom-associated speech rehabilitation training method in stroke non-fluency aphasia. Methods： A total of 62 stroke patients with non-fluency aphasia in the Department of Neurology of a third-class hospital in Wuhan were selected and divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=32). The control group was given routine neurology treatment and nursing; the observation group was given two weeks of Chinese idiom-related speech rehabilitation training on the basis of neurology routine treatment and nursing, and the language function of the two groups before and after the training was compared. Results： After speech rehabilitation training, the differences in the language function scores of listening comprehension, retelling, speaking, reading aloud, and reading were statistically significant between two groups (all P<0.05). Conclusion： After speech rehabilitation training, the language functions of retelling, speaking, reading aloud, and reading in the observation group are better than those in the control group. Chinese idiom-related speech rehabilitation training can effectively improve the language function of stroke patients with non-fluency aphasia. |
