Objective: To explore the application effect of Chinese idiom-associated speech rehabilitation training method in stroke non-fluency aphasia. Methods: A total of 62 stroke patients with non-fluency aphasia in the Department of Neurology of a third-class hospital in Wuhan were selected and divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=32). The control group was given routine neurology treatment and nursing; the observation group was given two weeks of Chinese idiom-related speech rehabilitation training on the basis of neurology routine treatment and nursing, and the language function of the two groups before and after the training was compared. Results: After speech rehabilitation training, the differences in the language function scores of listening comprehension, retelling, speaking, reading aloud, and reading were statistically significant between two groups (all P<0.05). Conclusion: After speech rehabilitation training, the language functions of retelling, speaking, reading aloud, and reading in the observation group are better than those in the control group. Chinese idiom-related speech rehabilitation training can effectively improve the language function of stroke patients with non-fluency aphasia. |
