                | EN Abstract: |
                | Objective: To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive training combined with sling exercise training (SET) therapy for frozen shoulder. Method: A total of 55 frozen shoulder patients with the disease duration of over 6 weeks and ineffective treatment within 2 weeks were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=28) and observation group (n=27). The two groups of patients received comprehensive training as routine rehabilitation. Patients in observation group received SET training. Before and 4 weeks after treatment, shoulder joint function was evaluated by shoulder joint function assessment scale (SJFA), Constant-Murley shoulder joint function assessment scale (CMS), visual analogue scale (VAS).Results: After 4 weeks, the scores of SJFA and CMS were significantly higher, the score of VAS was lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The scores of SJFA, CMS were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the score of VAS between two groups. Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with SET effectively improved shoulder function and activity of daily living in frozen shoulder patients. |
