Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Buxue Lishui decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke. Methods: Totally, 120 cases of urinary retention after stroke were randomly divided into control group 1, control group 2 and combined group, 40 cases in each group. The control group 1 was treated with conventional therapy + Yiqi Buxue Lishui decoction, the control group 2 was treated with conventional therapy + acupuncture, and the combined group was treated with conventional therapy + Yiqi Buxue Lishui decoction + acupuncture. The three groups of patients were treated for 3 consecutive courses with 14 days as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of each group was compared after treatment, the TCM syndrome score and urodynamic parameters were compared between the three groups before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between groups. Results: The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2 (P<0.05), with the difference being statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the combined group were lower than those of the control group 1 and control group 2, with the difference being statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the maximum urine flow, maximum detrusor pressure and maximum bladder volume of the three groups were higher than those before treatment, and the residual urine volume was lower than that before treatment. The maximum urine flow, maximum detrusor pressure and maximum bladder volume of the combined group were higher than those of the control group 1 and control group 2, and the residual urine volume was lower than that of the control group 1 and control group 2, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups during treatment. Conclusion: Yiqi Buxue Lishui decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke has good clinical efficacy, can improve the main TCM symptoms and uro-dynamic parameters of patients, and has good treatment safety, which is worthy of clinical application. |
