Objective: To explore the applied effect of fascia release manipulation combined with suspension rehabilitation exercise in postpartum patients with rectus abdominis separation. Methods: All 300 patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 150 cases in each group by a number table method. The control group received suspension rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group received fascia release manipulation combined with suspension rehabilitation exercise. The intervention time was 8 weeks. Clinical efficacy, psychological state (IDA), low back pain (VAS) score, separation distance of rectus abdominalis at different sites under ultrasound and WHOQOL-BREF score of the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.33%, significantly higher than that in the control group (85.33%, P<0.05). After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention, the scores of each dimension of depression, anxiety and inward and outward agitation in the IDA scale were significantly lower in both groups than before the intervention, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention, the scores of VAS for low back pain were significantly lower in both groups than those before the intervention, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention, the scores of supraumbilical circumference, infraumbilical circumference, umbilical circumference, the upper umbilical circumference, lower umbilical circumference, umbilical circumference and rectus abdominis separation distance were significantly lower in both groups than before the intervention, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 8 weeks of intervention and 3 months after the intervention, the scores of physical domain, psychological domain and social relationship domain in the WHOQOL-BREF scale were significantly higher in both groups than those before the intervention, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the separation and repair of postpartum rectus abdominis, fascia release manipulation combined with suspension rehabilitation exercise can regulate patients’ bad mood and improve their quality of life, which may be related to the repair of postpartum damaged rectus abdominis and relief of lumbar and back pain. |
