This study comprehensively explores the clinical implementation of the Chinese National Standard International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health Rehabilitation Set (ICF-RS). The research team developed both single-rater and multi-rater assessment tools, with the latter involving collaboration among physicians, nurses, and therapists. This approach reduced assessment time effectively. A mobile Android-based platform was also established for digital data management, incorporating an AI-driven neural network model to generate three tailored reports (patient, clinician, and specialist versions). Standardized training improved assessment consistency, and cross-disciplinary applications in critical care, neurosurgery, and orthopedics demonstrated its versatility. Notably, some regions are piloting ICF-RS integration into healthcare payment systems as a quality control metric. As a key complement to ICD-11, ICF-RS is poised to enhance clinical-rehabilitation integration in China. |
