Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Rehabilitation Set (ICF-RS) assessment criteria in patients with chronic pain. Methods: A total of 203 chronic pain patients treated in Xiangyang Central Hospital were selected and evaluated by the Chinese standard ICF-RS quantification standard, and the intrinsic consistency reliability and construct validity of the ICF-RS quantification criteria were tested by Cronbach′s ɑ coefficient and exploratory factor analysis. Results: ①For internal consistency analysis: The Cronbach′s ɑ coefficient of the national standard ICF-RS quantification criteria in patients with chronic pain was 0.867; the Cronbach′s ɑ coefficient of physical function, daily life, and social participation was 0.593, 0.817, and 0.615, respectively. ②For structural validity analysis: the KMO value of the national standard ICF-RS was 0.766, the Bartlett sphere test result was P<0.001, and the exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors, which can be classified as body function dimension, activity function dimension and participation function dimension. Conclusion: The ICF-RS quantification criteria in patients with chronic pain have good internal consistency reliability and structural validity. |
