| EN Abstract: |
| Post-stroke dysphagia is a common complication after stroke, primarily caused by damage to the central nervous system involved in swallowing control. Mirror therapy is based on the theory of mirror neuron system and is a research hotspot in central intervention treatment for post-stroke patients. However, the intervention methods and operational procedures in the rehabilitation of post-stroke swallowing function have not yet been standardized. This article searches databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, and Embase, reads and summarizes relevant literature. It systematically reviews the progress of related studies at home and abroad, deeply explores the mechanism and clinical application status of mirror therapy in the rehabilitation of post-stroke swallowing function, and provides theoretical basis and research directions for the rehabilitation treatment of patients with post-stroke dysphagia. In the future, it is necessary to explore standardized and individualized treatment plans for mirror therapy in the rehabilitation of post-stroke swallowing function, and optimize rehabilitation strategies by combining advanced technologies. |
