| 目的：探讨康复护理干预对喉癌患者围手术期焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法：喉癌患者37例，随机分为对照组18例和康复组19例，对照组给予常规护理，康复组采用围手术期系统的康复护理。采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）与焦虑自评量表（SAS）分别在入院和出院时对2组患者进行测评。结果：入院时2组SDS及SAS评分差异无统计学意义，出院时康复组SDS及SAS评分均明显低于入院时及对照组（P<0.05）。结论：康复护理可改善喉癌患者围手术期的焦虑和抑郁情绪，促进康复。 |

| Objective:To discuss the effect of rehabilitation nursing on anxiety and depression of laryngeal carcinoma patients in perioperative period.Methods:Thirty-seven laryngeal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into control group (n=18) and rehabilitation group (n=19).The control group was given normal nursing,and the rehabilitation group rehabilitation nursing,respectively.The patients in two groups were assessed by self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) when admission and discharge.Results:There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between two groups when admission.The SDS and SAS scores in rehabilitation group were lower than those in the control group when admission (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing can improve the anxiety and depression of laryngeal carcinoma patients in perioperative period. |
