| 目的：了解社区康复期精神分裂症患者自我效能、社会支持及其两者之间的关系，探索提高社区精神分裂症患者自我效能和社会支持的方法。方法：采用社会支持评定量表、一般自我效能感量表和个人一般情况调查表，对社区150例康复期精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查。结果：150例精神分裂症患者的自我效能感、社会支持水平偏低，自我效能感总分与社会支持总分、主观支持分、支持的利用度均呈显著正相关（P＜0.01）。结论：精神分裂症患者社会支持与自我效能密切相关，增加社会支持能够增强患者的自我效能，自我效能的增强也能够提高患者对社会支持的利用。在社区防治康复工作中，在实施社区干预措施时，应将提高患者的自我效能、社会支持水平为目标，从而为真正回归社会做准备。 |

| Objective: To understand self efficacy and social support of the community patients with schizophrenias in recovery stage, and their relationship in order to explore the improvement way of self efficacy and society support in patients with schizophrenia. Methods:By way of social support scale, self efficacy scale, and general situation scale, questionnaire survey was performed on 150 patients with schizophrenia in the recovery stage. Results:In 150 cases of schizophrenia, there was low level of self efficacy and social support. The self efficacy scores were significantly correlated with social support scores, subjective support scores, and the use of support (P<0.01). Conclusion:The social support is closely related to self efficacy in the patients with schizophrenias. Extending further social support can enhance the self efficacy, and likewise, the strengthening of self efficacy can improve the use of social support. In community prevention and rehabilitation practice and implementation of immunity interventional strategy, we should raise the level of social support and self efficacy as the goal. |
