| 目的：探讨肌内效贴布配合康复训练治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组给予肌内效贴布配合康复训练的治疗方法，对照组仅进行相同的康复训练。2组在治疗前后分别进行疼痛度视觉模拟评分(VAS)和肩关节活动度（ROM）评定。结果：治疗4周后，2组患者肩关节各方向ROM均较治疗前明显增加(P＜0.05)，且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05)；2组的VAS疼痛评分均较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05)，且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后，2组临床疗效比较，观察组总有效率明显优于对照组 (P＜0.05)。结论：肌内效贴布配合康复训练对肩关节周围炎具有良好的治疗作用，可明显加快患者上肢运动功能恢复，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effectiveness of kinesio taping combined with rehabilitation training in treating the shoulder periarthritis. Methods: Sixty patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given kinesio taping combined with the treatment of rehabilitation training, and the control group was only treated with the same rehabilitation training. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and ROM of shoulder joint were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: After treatment for 4 weeks, ROM of shoulder joint was markedly increased in two groups, and that in the observation group was significant greater than in the control group (P<0.05). VAS scores were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), and those in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Kinesio taping combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of shoulder joint inflammation has a favorable therapeutic effect and can significantly accelerate the recovery of upper limb motor function. |
