| Objective: To understand self efficacy and social support of the community patients with schizophrenias in recovery stage, and their relationship in order to explore the improvement way of self efficacy and society support in patients with schizophrenia. Methods:By way of social support scale, self efficacy scale, and general situation scale, questionnaire survey was performed on 150 patients with schizophrenia in the recovery stage. Results:In 150 cases of schizophrenia, there was low level of self efficacy and social support. The self efficacy scores were significantly correlated with social support scores, subjective support scores, and the use of support (P<0.01). Conclusion:The social support is closely related to self efficacy in the patients with schizophrenias. Extending further social support can enhance the self efficacy, and likewise, the strengthening of self efficacy can improve the use of social support. In community prevention and rehabilitation practice and implementation of immunity interventional strategy, we should raise the level of social support and self efficacy as the goal. |
